Fund Raiser for VERY Amazing Guy!!
Kirk is a "Super Hero"!!
He has been through so many tough challenges in his young life and has handled them all with open arms and welcomed them all.
His days are filled with challenges beyond anything we can imagine. Any adult would have a rather tough time handling them
with such grace and acceptance.
Kirk has so much love in his heart and a smile that lights up the room. I know some you have heard me say hello to my friend
Kirk at the end of my radio shows and wondered who in the world I was talking to, well, this is who I have the honor of calling
"Friend". He is My Hero!!
Kirk is in need of a Up-N-Go Walker to help him be able to walk, so he his having a fund raiser to be able to have
that in his life.
If you ever think about donating to any organization or individual, I hope Kirk will be the first name that comes to
mind.
His website is listed below, so please look it over and donate for his ability to walk across the floor in a fun and independent
way!!
Thank you and God Bless you ALL!!
~~UPDATE~~
I'm so excited to tell you we were able to get Kirk the walker!!!
We had several donations, fundraising, our $ and then a big
gift from Austin...then the most amazing thing happened...
We thought we had enough for the downpayment until
a search I had put into ebay MONTHS ago suddenly came up.
The exact walker, barely used, was for sale on ebay for
the exact amount we had in fundraising!! WHOOHOOO!
We asked one of the therapists to take a look and she said
go for it...she's NEVER seen this kind of walker go up on ebay especially in the exact size we needed.
Luck?
NO WAY!!
This was blessing from God and you were part
of that blessing for hosting Kirk's fundraiser on your
site.
THANK YOU!!!
If you'd like to change your website, feel free!
So folks know the walker fundraiser is a winner!!!
I pray for you.
I know, like you, there is something special between
you and Kirk. It goes beyond the walker...
God is doing something for you both...

Destiny Maker Helping Children with Epilepsy
One Mans 8100 Mile Bicycle Journey For Epilepsy
This is such an amazing story that this father does every year for his son who has been diagnosed with Epilepsy Seizures since
he was 2 years old, he is now 14.
On April 28, 2008, Glenn will be biking from Denver to Miami, to raise awareness of epilepsy.
He is taking the scenic route via the Grand Canyon, west to Phoenix and LA, up the Pacific seaboard, across Canada and down
the Atlantic coast to Aventura, Florida, over 8000 miles.
"This trip pales in comparison to the courage my son and others exhibit each day." says Glenn.

and website where they promote awareness. On their website there are items to purchase and 10% is donated to The Autism
Awareness Foundation.
So please check out her show and website for some really amazing items. (I love the tote bag).
